We are pleased to offer free shipping on all of our items to all major destinations, so the price you see is the price you pay.
We send the tracking # as soon as it is available. Arrival time is 15-20 BUSINESS DAYS after tracking # is issued. An order can, however, it can take anywhere between 15-30 working days, but is mainly dependent on your location.
Please allow an extra 10 working days during the busy Christmas period. We appreciate your patience.
If your order takes longer than 30 working days to arrive please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 45 days of dispatch, you will be entitled to a full refund for the non-received items.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships which contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Exceptions apply as follows:
Delayed delivery - in rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en route and we seek you understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there is no tracking updates for more than 30-60 days.
This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end.
Processing Time VS Shipping Time
Please note that processing time (4-6 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total time of delivery. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processes (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).
After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch.
Cancelling An Order
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel or change the shipping address as your order might have already processed.
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
Customs / Duty Fees
Customs fees are the resposibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on backorder
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different designers/warehouse location (we work with multiple warehouses to bring you the best selection at affordable prices).
