REFUNDS

All items can be refunded within 30 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must have a defect (or similar) and in the same condition that you received it.

Please send us an email directly to support@foofster.com to notify us that you would like a refund amd you will be issued an RMA #.

Please retain the original delivery packaging, i.e padded envelope or box with address label still attached. Please note this MUST be provided for us to issue a refund in any circumstances.

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will do this whether or not we are able to give you a refund.

If your refund is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.

A 20% RESTOCKING FEE will apply to ALL items returned to us.


EXCHANGES

We DO NOT offer exchanges. All items must be returned and you will have to put your order in again.


SHIPPING RETURNS

We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items - Unfortunately, we are not able to refund sale items.
